Caroline’s is a full service catering company with an experienced and professional staff. The number of staff for your event will be determined by the number of total guests attending. We recommend 1 Cook and 1 Server per every 20 to 25 guest (depending on the style / menu). The cost per Server / Cook is $45 per hour with a five hour minimum. We apply a catering production fee of 10% of the cost of food. This fee serves to help offset some of the back-end costs of producing offsite events such as: insurance, utilities, uniforms, rubbish removal, recycling, administrative costs and catering van maintenance. This fee is not a gratuity.
We ask for 48-hour’s notice on all catering orders for 25 people or less. For larger events of 25 people or more we require a minimum of 7 days notice. We’ll prepare all orders for less than 20 within 24 hours advanced notice. If you know you want to place an order months in advance, that’s great!

We offer delivery if your order is greater than $100 in the Bedford area. If your order is less than $100, we charge a nominal fee of $25. Otherwise, you can place your order for pickup and we’ll help you load it in your car. For orders outside of of the greater Bedford area we charge for travel & mileage. ($35/hour.) We have a minimum $250 order for weekend delivery or pickup.
We offer two other types of service as well: We can deliver and completely set up your order for $150. The food will arrive at the appropriate temperature and will be set up on your platters and displayed on your buffet. If you’d rather use our platters you can rent them for $10 each with a $100 refundable deposit. Everything will match nicely and look it’s best!
We also offer Full Service. In these instances our highly trained Chefs and Servers will come to your home or venue and prepare your food on site. Servers will pass appetizers, serve at the Buffet or offer Seated/Plated meals, and leave it cleaner than they found it! We offer Menu Consultation and Event Planning Services for a nominal fee of $75. Let our experienced Chefs, Servers and Event Managers create your dream event!
Our portions for catering are consistent with the portions each person receives in our restaurants.

Depending on the type of service you choose we can either have it ready on disposable platters or your platters for pick up. We also offer delivery and set up options for a small fee. During a full service event our staff is on hand to cook, serve and clean.

Our amazing food does come with disposable serving spoons and tongs. If you need plates, bowls, napkins, forks and knives please select that option at checkout.
Yes, we accept checks, cash or credit card payments.
You can do so by placing your order online and you’ll be prompted for a payment at checkout. If you call us to place your order, we can accept payment over the phone you can pay in person at the time of pick up.

We just ask that you settle your payment 24 hours prior to your pickup or delivery date. We do not offer house accounts at the present time. Stay tuned.
YES! Absolutely. One of our event managers will consult with you concerning your staffing needs, event planning, menu design, decor ect…We have partnerships with many local vendors: photographers, DJs and rental companies.
