If I could give Caroline’s 100 stars, I would! I got into a jam for a bridal shower for my daughter and was desperately looking for great food at the last minute. Laurie, the catering director, was extremely understanding and supportive in spite of being fully booked. For evidence this is a real review, I called all the Common Man restaurants who were not able to help me out at all. Laurie at Caroline’s helped me put a menu together and arranged for the food to be delivered with excellent warming/serving instructions. When I was on the phone with Laurie, Caroline came into the room and shared her ideas about the menu, especially regarding the sauce for the salmon. Everyone RAVED about the food…especially the salmon and the chocolate and lemon mousse (you MUST order the mousse–fabulous!), as well as the salads. The salmon was perfectly cooked and warming it up did not dry it out at all. A++++ Many thanks to Caroline, Laurie and to the guy who delivered the food (I was not there but heard his service was excellent…I will be calling to give you a gratuity) I passed along Caroline’s Fine Foods to all our guests (they all wanted to know!) and I recommend this company without hesitation.
